You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Independent Commissioner’s Office, however we do ask that you get in touch directly before contacting the ICO as we may be able to address any questions or problems directly.

Types of Data

We collect name, company, email address and any other data you provide about a brief via our website enquiry form, report download form, when you sign up to our Getting to the Root bulletin or when you book a call via our Calendly plug-in.

Data Security

We have put in place measures to protect the security of the Personal Data we hold. We select our software and apps very carefully and update passwords on a regular basis.

Data Retention

We will only retain Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.


Communication via a private or direct message will be stored by these sites in accordance with LinkedIn’s privacy policy.
